Khazar University International Scholarship Program
Khazar University announces the admission and scholarship programs for international students for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Khazar University’s International Scholarship Program is implemented in two main areas:
1. The Nailakhanim Foundation (Azerbaijan) offers full scholarships (tuition fees, transportation costs, monthly stipend) for female students who intend to continue their education at the master’s or doctoral level, regardless of their citizenship;
2. The merit-based scholarship, which covers 25%, 50% and 75% of the tuition fee, is offered to candidates who wish to study at the bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral levels.
