Poetry evening “Two voices, One love” in Budapest

With the support of the National Commission of Azerbaijan for UNESCO, on April 3, 2023, a poetry evening “Two voices, one love” was held in the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Hungary.

Leyla Begim, a Member of the Writers Union of Azerbaijan, a Member of the European Congress of Writers, and Ulvia Akhundova, Head of the Public program at Yarat Contemporary Art Centre, read their poems for the audience. Young Azerbaijani musician Sona Agharzayeva accompanied the poetesses on piano. 

The event was attended by representatives of Hungarian press and cultural circles, the diplomatic corps accredited in Hungary, representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora, and Azerbaijani, and foreign students.
