Science and education, culture, security, justice (law enforcement), health, sports between Azerbaijan and Hungary. cooperation is continued in television and other fields, and mutual visits of representatives of relevant institutions are carried out, either on a bilateral basis or for the purpose of participation in international events. The following documents were signed between the two countries in the mentioned areas:

It should be noted that a number of practical works have been done in the direction of the promotion of Azerbaijani culture and art, and activities in this field are continuing. One of the main methods used by the Embassy in promoting Azerbaijan is the translation, publication and distribution of books on the history, literature and culture of Azerbaijan into Hungarian, as well as the organization of concerts with the participation of well-known musicians of our country.
At the same time, special importance was given to the creation and development of cooperation between the scientific and educational institutions of the two countries.
During his activity as an ambassador, he also paid special attention to working with the Azerbaijani community in Hungary in various fields. The participation of community members in events and diplomatic receptions held at the Embassy was ensured, in addition, a number of cultural events were organized specifically with the participation of the Azerbaijani community.
The composition of the Azerbaijani community in Hungary consists of 3 categories:
- Azerbaijanis who are citizens of Hungary;
- Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan living permanently or temporarily in Hungary;
- Azerbaijani students studying in Hungary.
Currently, about 100 Azerbaijanis live in Hungary, and they are mainly settled in the capital city of Budapest. In addition to these, within the framework of the documents signed between Azerbaijan and Hungary in the field of education, since 2015, up to 200 Azerbaijanis are sent to study in Hungarian higher education institutions every year. According to information as of June 2019, about 800 Azerbaijani students are studying in various higher education institutions of this country.
Members of the Azerbaijani community closely participate in the Novruz holiday, the anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, March 31 - the Day of the Genocide of Azerbaijanis, the official reception on the occasion of the Republic Day, and other events.
